Why have I been charged €2/£2 for handling?

Explanation of when and why we apply the handling charge of €2/£2 for parcels that we cannot immediately identify.

If your parcel arrives at our Jonesborough location with incomplete address details, such as an incorrect name or missing OOH-ID, our team will need to provide extra assistance. This may involve searching our system or even opening the parcel to identify the intended recipient. Please note, a handling fee of €2/£2 per parcel will apply in these cases. To prevent this happening, please always remember to include your OOH-ID on the first line of your address.
