My parcel tracking shows that my parcel has been delivered but I have not received any notification from OOHPod, what do I do?

We send a notification to you as soon as the parcel has been stored in an OOHPod locker.

Please contact your carrier to find our why they did not store your parcel in the OOHPod Locker.

Note: Please allow up to one hour for your parcel to be processed in our Jonesborough Parcelshop.
