# My DHL parcel has not been collected from an OOHPod locker

## What to do if your parcel has not been collected from an OOHPod locker by the end of the next working day.

Please wait a full working day (Mon to Fri)  for your parcel to be collected after you drop it off.  If it hasn't been collected by then, you can contact DHL for an update on
