Why can't I register for OOHPod?

To help keep our customers and systems safe, OOHPod uses a cyber security system that only allows registrations from trusted regions.

Where is OOHPod available?

OOHPod is currently offered only in Ireland and the UK. For security reasons, registrations must be made while you are physically located in one of these regions.

Common reasons registration may not work

You may experience issues registering if:

• You are outside Ireland or the UK, or

• You are using a VPN, which can make it appear as though you are registering from another country

What you can do

If you’re having trouble registering, we recommend:

• Trying again once you are back in Ireland or the UK, and

• Disabling any VPN or proxy service before registering

Once you are in a supported location and not using a VPN, registration should work as normal.
