When the door opened my locker was empty what now?

Unfortunately, sometimes an error can occur when the delivery driver is dropping off a parcel.

If your locker was empty when the door opened, it usually means:

  1. The delivery driver was unable to store it
  2. OR the delivery driver stored the parcel in a different locker in error.

What can I do?
