We take your privacy seriously, and we want to make sure you understand what happens when you ask us to delete your account.

Account deletion and financial records

When you request account deletion, we will remove your personal details from our systems, including your:

• Name

• Phone number

• Email address

• Home address

However, if your account has any financial transactions, we are required by Irish and UK company law to retain certain financial records.

This is a legal requirement to ensure we can meet our obligations for tax, accounting, and auditing purposes.

How long do we keep these records?

Financial transaction records must be retained for:

• 6 years in Ireland

• 6 years in the UK

Even though we keep these records, we will hide or anonymize all personal details so that your identity is not associated with them.
