How long have I got to collect my parcel?

The minimum time to collect a parcel is 24 hours from when it was first stored. After that time your may be charged an additional fee for storing your parcel.

We have different storage times for different parcels.

  1. UPS Parcel - will remain in the locker for 7 days.
  2. DPD - will remain in the locker for 5 days.
  3. DHL - will remain in the locker for 7 days.
  4. All other parcels are stored for 24 hours from when they were first stored.
