There are 5 important steps to remember when sending a UPS Parcel from an OOHPod locker.
- You do not need to sign up to OOHPod to send/receive UPS parcels!
We are integrated with UPS, meaning our lockers accept UPS parcels without the need for you to sign up and subscribe to OOHPod. - At your chosen locker, choose "Drop Off" and then “Customer” on the locker screen.
- Scan the tracking number (bar code( that begins with “1Z”. Please ignore any other labels / barcodes on the parcel. If you have difficulty scanning it, you can choose "Enter Manually" on the screen and key it in using the onscreen keyboard.
- A locker door will open. If this is too small for your parcel and you need a larger locker, close the open door and select "Open Bigger" on the screen. The next size locker will open and you can repeat this until you get the right size for your parcel.
- Place your parcel inside the locker and close the door. You will be asked if you want a receipt by email or phone. Choose which one you want and enter your email or phone number.
And that's it! UPS will come to collect your parcel and send it on it's way. Wait 24hrs and you will be able to track it on on the UPS website
