      Do you accept Amazon OTP parcels?

      Amazon now require a One Time Password (OTP) for some higher value deliveries.

      We accept Amazon OTP parcels at our OOHPod Jonesborough ParcelShop. 

      Here is what to do: 

      1. Order your item on Amazon website to be delivered to OOHPod Jonesborough (make sure to include your OOH ID®)
      2. Notify our Support team here before your parcel arrives and let them know the Amazon OTP
      3. A member of the OOHPod team will accept the parcel from Amazon and provide the OTP code. 
      4. Your parcel will be placed securely in the locker and a notification will be sent to you.

      Warning: Our lockers are currently not able to accept Amazon OTP parcels. You must use the OOHPod Jonesborough location.
