Yes, we have staff at certain locations that can sign for your parcel.
That’s no problem. OOHPod locations offering Oversize services have staff to sign for your parcel.
We will sign for your delivery when it arrives and they will place your parcel into the locker for you to collect.
Caution: If Oversize service is not available, we cannot sign for your parcel at that location.
