# Why can't I register for OOHPod?

## Why can't I register for OOHPod?

To help keep our customers and systems safe, **OOHPod uses a cyber security system that only allows registrations from trusted regions**.

### Where is OOHPod available?

OOHPod is currently offered **only in Ireland and the UK**. For security reasons, registrations must be made while you are physically located in one of these regions.

### Common reasons registration may not work

You may experience issues registering if:

- You are **outside Ireland or the UK**, or
- You are using a **VPN**, which can make it appear as though you are registering from another country

### What you can do

If you’re having trouble registering, we recommend:

- Trying again once you are **back in Ireland or the UK**, and
- **Disabling any VPN** or proxy service before registering

Once you are in a supported location and not using a VPN, registration should work as normal.
