What happens if I don't collect my parcel within 24 hours?

 No problem. An additional token will be used for each extra 24-hour period your parcel remains in the locker until it is collected.  If you can't get to the locker yourself, you can always ask a friend or family to collect it for you, all they will need is your access code.
