I did not collect my parcel in time, what now?

We get it, sometimes life gets in the way and your cannot make it to collect your parcel in time.

Please contact our support team oohpod.com/contact to find out the status of your parcel and please make sure to include your tracking number. 

 

Note: You may be liable to additional charges if you do not collect your parcel within the specified collection period.

 

Tip: Most carriers send a delivery notification the day prior to delivery which allows you to change the delivery day. Contact your carrier to arrange delivery for a date you will be available to collect!
